Looking for a chill place to hangout in Bangkok and you're wondering where some local & hidden places are to go? Look no further! I've compiled a list of places that i love to go depending on the vibes I'm feeling. here you go!

1. The Commons Saladeng & The Commons Thonglor

Bougie popular vibes, this place has two locations with very cool, hip atmosphere. If you're looking to grab a bite, drink and listen to live music while enjoying the buzz around you than this is ur next hangout!

Pro-tip: bring mosquito spray as a lot of the seating spaces is outside!

2. Doc Club & Pub

Indie old cinema vibes, this place often shows indie movies & documentaries to watch. It's also a great spot to just hangout, read a book, get some work done in and culture & artsy kinda space!

Pro-tip: It's right in front of the big Lumpini Park, so after ur hangout you can strech ur legs and take a nice park stroll.

3. The Camping Ground 

Chill outdoor vibes, a nice place to go instead of going to those overrated nighmarkets. It's more chill and lots of locals grab dinner after work or just chill in the weekends. It's affordable and you have many options of Thai food and also drinks. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the outdoorsy cozy area!

Pro-tip: this place is located on a popular street food where every evening (except Monday) stalls line up the street with the best affordable food. definetely check this out too!

4. Freaking out the Neighborhood

Cozy speak easy vibes, want those cozy living room hangout with friends listening to vinyls and drinking good wine vibes? then this is your place! the vibes are immaculate and laid-back with good music.

Pro-tip: getting really hungry after ur night out? no problem, there's a cheap Mookrata buffet 5 minutes walk away from this place, and its open until 3 AM.
